After years of development, the Hubei Wenhua Science and Education Group, founded by the chairman of Luo Aiping's board of directors, owns various industries such as education, aviation, real estate, culture and tourism.

In 2003, Luo Aiping founded Hubei Wenhua Science and Technology Education Development Co., Ltd. (now the predecessor of Hubei Wenhua Science and Education Group), and invested in the construction of Hankou College (formerly Hankou Branch of Central China Normal University). At present, Hankou University has developed into a nationally renowned institution of higher learning with an area of more than 1,000 Mu and more than 25,000 students. Its comprehensive strength and school-running level rank among the top 13 private colleges and universities in China.

In 2007, Luo Aiping invested in the establishment of Wuhan Overseas Travel Co., Ltd., approved by the State Tourism Administration as the first batch of state-level (international) travel agencies, is China's top 100 international travel agencies, at the same time was granted the first batch of national outbound travel group qualifications. It is the first travel agency company in Hubei province that has passed ISO9001 international standardization quality certification.

In September 2011, Luo Aiping founded Hubei Shengtai Real Estate Co., Ltd. to invest in the construction of multi-storey residential and high-rise residential low-density Garden residential areas in Xiaochang County, Hubei Province.

In 2012, Luo Aiping founded Nanyang Xinyang Real Estate Co., Ltd. to invest in the construction of Nanyang Wenhua Tiandi, the project is by far the largest comprehensive commercial complex in Nanyang City, with a construction area of more than 500,000 square meters. In 2016, Luo Aiping was listed as a key construction project in Henan Province.

In 2013, Luo Aiping founded the German Dr. Luo Real Estate Company to invest in the construction of industrial parks in the state of Brandenburg Germany.
In 2017, Luo Aiping founded Wuhan Wenfa Aerospace Technology Development Co., Ltd. and invested heavily in acquiring B&F Aerospace Technology Co., Ltd. and Sauer Aircraft Engine Manufacturing Co., Ltd. from Germany.
