He was a member of the Standing Committee of Hubei Youth Federation, Vice-President of Hubei United Front Theoretical Research Association, President of Hubei Private Economic Research Institute, and Director of the Provincial Party Building Research Association (the Research Association is subordinate to the Provincial People's Congress, the United Front Department and the Organization Department).
