Wuhan Overseas Tourism Co., Ltd. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Wenhua science and education group. Wuhan Overseas Tourism Co., Ltd. is an international travel agency with the longest history, best foundation, strong strength and outstanding reputation in Wuhan. In recent years, it has been awarded the honorary titles of "Wuhan tourism star enterprise", "Hubei excellent tourism enterprise" and "youth civilization" of Wuhan city. Now it is the executive director unit of China Travel Agency Association.

Wuhan Overseas Tourism Co., Ltd. was approved by the State Tourism Administration as the first batch of national first class (International) travel agencies in February 1998, and was named one of the top 100 international travel agencies in China in 1997. At the same time, it was awarded the qualification of the first batch of outbound tourism group travel agencies in China. In 2003, it became the first travel agency enterprise in Hubei Province to pass ISO9001 international standard quality certification.
